CONS-23945 - USA (College Park, Maryland) - Construction Management Services - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in College Park, MD.– CM shall provide pre–construction services as indicated for the full development of the project’s design to 100% construction documents, including preparation and submission.– Design services will be provided by an architect and their consultants under a separate contract with the university.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
