(1) Vendor needs to provide bus charter services to the government authority located in College Station, TX.• Operating equipment must be a full fifty–five (55) or larger passenger motor coach, as requested by each trip coordinator, 2011 or newer in excellent operating condition with the following: • Air conditioning and heating • Under storage for luggage for fifty–five (55) passengers • On board restrooms with holding tanks and lavatory • PA system and microphone• Charter Service must have out–of–area maintenance arrangements.• One Way Trip: Depart College Station, TX at 8:00am and arrive in Palestine, TX• Round Trip: Depart College Station, TX at 8:00am and arrive in Arlington, TX; Depart Arlington, TX at 5:00pm to return back to College Station, TX(2) The contract period will be for one year.
