(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based mobile communications archiving solution.– Provide cloud–based solution that captures, archives, stores, indexes, retains, searches, and retrieves mobile text message communications for county–owned mobile devices to support public records retention, legal discovery, compliance, and records management requirements.– Digital Communications Archiving Platform:• Capturing and archiving mobile communications.• Securely storing archived records in a centralized repository.• Indexing records for efficient search and retrieval.• Providing retention management capabilities.– Mobile Text Message Capture:• Capture SMS and MMS communications.• Archive inbound and outbound messages.– Records Retention and Compliance:• Configurable retention schedules.• Automated records retention enforcement.– Hosting and System Availability:• Provide a fully hosted SaaS environment.• Maintain system availability and operational performance.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
