(1) Vendor needs to provide technology–based business development services. – Provide management grants that provide support in the form of technology centers that support early–stage development of technology–based businesses.– Provide support for management or program activities at the Centers to serve tenants and affiliate members. Strategies should focus on:1. Creation of start–up technology businesses 2. Retention of start–up technology businesses 3. Introduction of services provided to both Center tenants and affiliates4. Improvement of services provided to both Center tenants and affiliates(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
