(1) Vendor needs to provide construction and materials management system.– Software as a service (SaaS) hosted solution to replace the existing construction and materials management system (CMMS).– Include configuration and implementation of the SaaS, data conversion, and integration with other applications.– The application must have integrated ad–hoc reporting and must provide ability to perform complex queries, calculations and export large data sets.– Custom ad–hoc reporting solution, or by a vendor–hosted standalone reporting platform such as Power BI (preferred). – All data elements should be available to the users for ad–hoc reporting, exceptions made for configuration and technical implementation data that is unrelated to the business need. – The vendor must develop five interfaces to exchange data between their solution and internal department systems. – Data being exchanged includes new contracts, financial data (pay estimates, appropriations, obligations, etc.), materials inspections, mix designs, and employee demographic information. Interfaces can be accomplished via an API connection or file transfer service.
