The purpose of the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ) is to select the most highly qualified firm(s) to provide Disaster Cost Recovery and Related Grant and Project Management Services for the Finance Department, Accounting Division, of Volusia County, Florida. The County reserves the right to award to multiple firms. It is anticipated that selected firms will be awarded a Contract period of an initial five (5) year term with two (2) subsequent one (1) year renewals.
