(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation study services for public safety positions to conduct a Public Safety Classification and Compensation Study for the City'sPolice and Fire Services, including related administrative positions to the government authority located in Fayetteville, GA.– The consultant shall review the current classification grade methodology and propose recommended strategies for the City.– The consultant shall conduct interviews and/or job audits as appropriate. Interviews and job audits may be conducted individually or in groups based upon the classification,– The consultant shall finalize class specifications and recommend the appropriate classification for each position, including correction of identified discrepancies between existing and proposed classifications,– The consultant shall identify career ladders and promotional opportunities as deemed appropriate.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
