(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone administrative and support system.– Provide year–round ongoing management, support and administrative assistance on the current cabled telephone system, integrated voice–over–internet protocol (VOIP) and video and audio–conferencing platform. – This includes support services to the agency to support the legislative communication systems and all software applications and hardware devices with regard to new connects, moves and any work required on the legislative–owned telephone and communication systems; provide necessary cabling services for the voice system; maintain the physical and end–user inventory necessary; and work with external system providers, including emergency response providers.
