Pinellas County seeks a CONTRACTOR for the removal of old pilings, installation of new pilings, signage regulatory buoys and large navigation buoys (Hurricane Pass Channel) within waters of Pinellas County, on an as needed basis. The awarded CONTRACTOR may, on occasion, be required to perform routine maintenance activities and repairs at County’s request (ie. storm event, etc.).
