INSU-6348 - USA (Atlantic, New Jersey) - Dental Care Program Services - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide dental care program services to the government authority located in Atlantic, NJ.– Provide dental coverage to county employees and retirees and their eligible dependents currently enrolled in the county’s dental plan.– Multiple dental plans under two separate groups.– Group 1 identifies the county employee’s who were hired prior to December 31, 1994 and have a $5,000 maximum annual benefit.– Group 2 allows for an annual maximum of $1500.– Under both groups, employees are eligible for two exams within a 12 month period or every six months.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
