(1) Vendor needs to provide land use, redevelopment, zoning and planning special counsel services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.• The special counsel will perform, as needed, legal activities and duties as the township council, mayor and township manager may direct.• Special counsel shall provide legal advice and representation to the township on matters arising and related federal and state civil rights law.• Services shall include review of existing and proposed land use ordinances for compliance, pre–litigation counselling and representation in negotiations with parties asserting claims and litigation defense. (2) All question must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
