LEGAL-18576 - USA (Old Bridge, New Jersey) - Special Property Abandonment Counsel Services - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide special property abandonment counsel services to the government authority located in Old Bridge, NJ.• To provide specialized advice, including opinion letters on specific property abandonment issues, demolition and foreclosure.• Counsel will also handle county appeals, trial, appellate and administrative litigation in matters involving or related to local property abandonment, demolition and foreclosures.• Counsel will have to be able to focus on substantive and procedural developments in these rapidly changing areas of the law.• Counsel will be capable of negotiating with counsel, appraisers and pro–se litigants.• Counsel shall have knowledge and experience in property abandonment, emergency demolition and foreclosures.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
