Bioretention Practice Maintenance

The City is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide the services listed in the Scope of Work. The City anticipates selecting one Company to perform the services. Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). Notice is hereby given that the City of Owatonna, Minnesota is seeking a qualified professional landscaping company to perform routine maintenance on various City owned raingardens and stormwater bioretention best management practices (BMPs) for a three (3) year period.
