(1) Vendor needs to provide utility billing audit and cost recovery services to the government authority located in Miami, FL.• Line–item review: Identification of incorrect rate classes, duplicate charges, improper taxes, and billing anomalies.• Demand analysis: Verification of billed vs. actual demand, including evaluation of demand ratchets and peak demand exposure.• Rate and tariff optimization: Confirmation of correct tariff assignment and identification of lower–cost rate eligibility.• Billing error recovery: Detection of estimated billing, meter inaccuracies, and retroactive overcharges.• Third–party supplier review: Evaluation of supply contracts for pricing inefficiencies, hidden fees, and renewal risks.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for three years.
