FIRE-1887 - USA (Rifle, Colorado) - Fire Protection System Replacement Services - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire protection system replacement services to the government authority located in Rifle, CO. – The project is intended to replace the obsolete Siemens MXLQ fire alarm systems with a new networked addressable fire alarm system throughout the facility.– The project is intended to restore the fire–protection water supply to each of the two living units at the site, which are currently served by the potable water supply.– The current fire pump installation is being modified to redirect the cooling system's water supply from the fire protection water supply to the potable water supply. – Additionally, monitoring devices for the sprinkler system in the fire pump building will be added.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.
