(1) Vendor needs to provide services and products support services to the government authority located in Ellicott, MD.– These services support academic achievement, whole–child development, student well–being, family engagement, and equitable access at Title I and Community Schools.– Provide programming, services, and products to support Title I and Community Schools.– High–dosage literacy/mathematics instruction, intervention, or academic homework support.– Science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics interactive modules and experiential learning.– Visual/performing arts workshops, cultural awareness programs, and environmental literacy/education.– Mentoring, leadership development curriculum, character education, mindfulness, and physical fitness/recreation.– Parenting skills education, wrap–around family engagement workshops, resource navigation, and basic needs distribution assistance.– Training for school staff regarding high–quality instructional practices, equity–driven programming, trauma–informed care, effective family–school partnerships, and student support strategies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
