(1) Vendor needs to provide monthly landscaping maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in El Centro, CA.– Inspections pertaining to repair work orders.– Consultation/planning on the best method to achieve the intended result.– Weeding (which shall include keeping all unpaved surfaces of the grounds free of Bermuda grass, weeds, and volunteers).– Fertilizing, pruning, and cultivating as necessary to keep all plants, grass and trees in a healthy, growing condition.– Keeping all planted areas neat, attractive, and free of trash and debris.– Removal of all weeds growing through cracks in sidewalks and the parking lot.– Repairs normally not exceeding two workdays per task.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
