(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Nevada.• Project management.• Federal environmental compliance processes, including the national environmental policy act.• Hydraulic analysis and design of large–diameter water pipeline.• Hydraulic analysis, transient analysis, and mechanical design associated with large–scale pumping stations and extensive experience in optimizing bi–directional flow, energy dissipation, and turbine mode operational configurations.• Design and engineering of large–capacity rate of flow control stations.• Corrosion control and design/analysis of cathodic protection systems.• Geo–structural engineering and vibration mitigation for legacy utility protection.• High–voltage overhead utility clearance and corridor design.• Civil site design including dedicated pipeline blow–off assemblies and drainage channel evaluation.• Construction cost estimating.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
