(1) Vendor needs to provide technical studies services to the government authority located in New York.• Ecological and Land Use Analysis:• The Ecological and Land Use Analysis will establish baseline environmental conditions, map current land utilization patterns, evaluate land suitability, and identify potential ecological constraints• Hydrological and Geohydrological Study:• To identify the flood alleviation options available in the catchment, it is necessary to undertake a flood risk assessment, which will involve a hydrological and geohydrological assessment, and a historical analysis of previous instances of flooding and their underlying causes.• Site–specific Climate Change Risk and Vulnerability Analysis:• The Site–specific Climate Change Risk and Vulnerability Analysis will identify areas and communities that are most vulnerable to the impacts of increased flooding risk as a result of climate change.• Establish baseline conditions for flooding, land use patterns, and catchment dynamics in the catchment area.• Analyze historical flooding events within the catchment area to assess their underlying causes, spatial distribution, and associated infrastructure and economic impacts.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than 26 October 2026.
