(1) Vendor needs to provide transdermal monitoring community corrections partnership service to the government authority located in Stockton, CA. – Provide transdermal alcohol monitoring services, equipment and program oversite.– Monitoring system software the transdermal alcohol monitoring (tam) system software should preferably be web–based. – The tam tracking software must be a web–based application, accessible from any web–enabled computer or mobile device. – Third party software the requirement can be met with a third–party software product provided by vendor, including any work to incorporate the third–party software to work with the proposer's software product.– Customization the requirement will be met by making programmatic software development changes to existing software, developing new software and building an interface to the applications listed.– Customer support, which is available, toll–free, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.– Continuous alcohol monitoring (cam) that samples an individual client’s transdermal alcohol concentration (tac) and measures for confirmable alcohol consumption on a 24/7 basis.– Equipment should be lightweight, poses no health hazard and does not unduly restrict the activities of the client at home or at work.
