(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing campaign services to design and execute a comprehensive six‑month campaign that increases public awareness, strengthens ridership, and expands employer engagement.– The marketing partner will develop and implement a full suite of services, including branding, creative development, digital advertising, social media strategy, employer‑focused communications, community engagement tools, media relations, and performance reporting.A. Market Research and Analysis– Conduct a thorough analysis of the target audience, including demographics, commuting patterns, and transportation preferences.B. Strategic Marketing Plan– Develop a detailed marketing plan outlining objectives, target audience, key messages, and marketing tactics.C. Branding and Messaging– Create a compelling brand identity for the Vanpool program, including logo, tagline, and visual elements.D. Promotional Materials– Design and produce high–quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets.E. Advertising and Media Buying– Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels, including print, radio, television, and online platforms.F.
