(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in Manasquan, NJ.a. Account Statementsi. Monthly account analysis to include bank earning credit or compensatory balances, itemized fees and interest credited to the Authority.ii. The statement cutoff date for all accounts shall be the last day of the month.iii. Interest on all accounts shall be credited to the individual accountsb. Provision of deposit slips, endorsement stamps, other documents and forms reprinted to the Authority’s specificationsc. Automatic re–deposit of all Non–Sufficient Fund checks.d. The Authority would like to continue with our positive pay service to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent checks being presented against our account.e. The successful Financial Institution will provide standard size deposit bags.f. Web–Based (On–Line) Banking Capabilityi. Access shall be provided to a computerized cash management system via a secure web connection, enabling the Authority to receive and transmit financial information.ii. The Authority shall be able to access this system to obtain balance information, as well as transaction details, such as deposit and check paid, with printing functions.g. Payrolli. The Authority uses the services of an outside payroll vendor, “Prime point”, for payroll processing.h. The successful Financial Institution shall have the capability to originate incoming and outgoing wire transfers(2) Contact period will be for one year.
