(1) Vendor needs to provide conflict counsel service to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ. • Review and drafting of board resolutions: the general counsel will have expertise in reviewing and drafting board resolutions, ensuring legal compliance, and alignment with strategic plan, goals, and objectives.• Contract review and negotiation: the general counsel will review, negotiate, and advise on contracts to protect interests and minimize risks.• Dispute resolution and litigation support: the general counsel will represent in dispute resolution, negotiation, mediation, and litigation if required.• Training and education: the general counsel will offer training programs to enhance legal awareness and best practices within agency.• Policy development and revision: the general counsel will assist in developing and revising policies in line with current laws and industry standards.• Risk management: the general counsel will assess, manage, and provide ongoing counsel on risks to prevent legal challenges.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 19, 2026.
