Description
The City of Tucson’s Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) seeks to establish an annual requirement contract with multiple contractors certified to provide home inspection services. Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections are conducted in support of the City of Tucson Home Choice Voucher program (HCV) . Work will be performed on an as needed basis, if needed and the city makes no guarantees as to the volume of services needed. Inspections are conducted throughout Pima County with the majority taking place within City limits. Property types shall include single family homes, condominiums, townhomes and manufactured homes.
