EXTRA-77450 - USA (Linden, New Jersey) - Affordable Housing and Administrative Agent Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable housing and administrative agent services to the government authority located in Linden, NJ.– Counsel will, on an “as needed basis”, be assigned and required to provide representation in such matters as the City may require, including all aspects of litigation, negotiations, research and transactional work.• Provide the governing body and planning board legal guidance to assist the City in creating a realistic opportunity for the construction of its “fair share” of affordable housing to the extent it has not already done so;• Render formal legal opinions and memoranda upon request by the Mayor or his Chief of Staff;• Draft and/or review all contract and agreements, past, present, and future, involving the City’s affordable housing compliance programs;• Draft and review relevant ordinances, resolutions, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents upon request by the Mayor or his Chief of Staff;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
