(1) Vendor needs to provide professional commercial cleaning services to the government authority located in North Creek, NY. – Provide professional commercial cleaning of the areas and bathrooms in each lodge. – Floors to be swept and mopped, bathroom components (sinks, toilets, urinals, and mirrors) to be cleaned and sanitized, paper product dispensers to be refilled, soap dispensers refilled, trash receptacles emptied, trash bags replaced, and full trash bags deposited in designated areas.• All areas to be cleaned after closing, seven (7) days a week, including holidays.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on September 8, 2026.
