(1) Vendor needs to provide systemwide commissioning services to the government authority located in Liberty Plaza, NY.• Provide facility commissioning services related to new construction, facility renovations, re–commissioning of existing systems, or facility system assessments throughout its portfolio of buildings.• Commissioning is a systematic quality–assurance process used to verify and document that buildingsystems and components are designed, installed, tested, started, operated, and maintained inaccordance with agency Project Requirements, Basis of Design, contract documents, and applicable performance criteria.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(4) Mandatory pre–proposal conference call will be held on September 17, 2026.
