(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate services to the government authority located in Summerville, SC. – Secure the services of a highly qualified real estate professional who will be able to assist the agency in the sale and acquisition of real property.• Provide Real Property research, investigation, and reporting services for real property• Assist the agency inspection, assessment, and valuation of real property• Provide listing and marketing services for sale/disposition of real property• Represent the agency as the selling agent• Identify potential sites to be considered for agency acquisition• Work with the agency’s administration to sell or purchase real property• Perform negotiations on behalf of the agency.• Develop and present periodic reports on the status of property related transactions and negotiations to the agency.• Sell real property in strict accordance with the agency’s procurement code.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–bid site visit will be held on September 25, 2026.
