(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing placement service for stormwater, waste management and safe streets. – Place advertisements focused on stormwater, waste management and safe streets outreach.– The proposal should focus on placement in a variety of mediums to reach message–appropriate audiences.– A single point of contact shall be identified regarding project status, issues, schedule and logistical matters related to the work and will be the primary person to communicate with the agency.– The selected contractor shall provide project management services to ensure completion of the project on schedule and within budget with the objective of ensuring the most impact for the dollars spent.– The contractor shall work to secure value–added placement for messaging, focused on but not necessarily limited to stormwater, waste management and safe streets.– Contractor shall create a Marketing Placement Plan for a series of campaigns related to stormwater, waste management and safe streets.– Reporting and Evaluation: For each campaign, the contractor shall provide a report verifying the plan was executed fully as agreed upon.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
