ASM-2556 - USA (Ruidoso, New Mexico) - Property Management Services - Deadline June 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services to the government authority located in Ruidoso, NM.– provide management services for village–owned rental properties throughout, which currently include single family homes, and in the future may include multi–family workforce housing.– Setting rent according to a replacement cost factor.– Providing tenants with 24–hour emergency telephone contact numbers for emergency repair.– Quarterly inspection of properties, including management plans and recommendationfor maintenance needed.– Credit application, income and employment verifications, personal and business reference checks, public notice checks for evictions, and personal (virtually or in person) interviews.– Conduct a minimum of two exterior and interior inspections per year of the properties, providing a written report of major deficiencies with photos.– Determine and verify insurance requirements for tenants when appropriate.– Re–key locks for new tenants when appropriate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
