Intent to Single Source for Basic Concepts Inc. CR-3000 Industrial Chemical Coating System

City of Tampa / Solid Waste & Environmental Program Management

Description

Area in question needs a durable but flexible chemical resistant containment coating. CR-3000 is a high build, high chemical resistant product with 100% elongation and 3000 PSI tensile strength. The area is required to be impervious due to State and Federal regulations current substrate "concrete" has cracks and potential voids. CR-3000 can bridge, fill and provide an impervious containment system without the cost of removing existing concrete and pouring new concrete which would ultimately need a coating system due to movement/settling and cracking.
