(1) Vendor needs to provide group home care service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– Provide group home care for dependent adolescent males ages 13–21.– Provides 24–hour/7–days a week care and supervision to youth who are involved with agency and are unable live in their homes of origin or in other family–based care.– Provide placement in a safe, clean–living environment, with an emphasis on strengthening family connections and providing quality structured programming, groups, leisure and recreational activities in the youth’s community of origin, whenever possible, medical services, sexual health supports and information, and service coordination support.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
