(1) Vendor needs to provide demolition and removal the existing structure service to the government authority located in Trinidad, CO. – Provide all labor, equipment, materials, permits, disposal, supervision, and other services necessary to safely and completely demolish the structure and clear the site in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.– The successful demolition contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, permits, disposal, and other services necessary to safely and completely demolish the existing approximately 16,198–square–foot structure.– Obtain all required demolition permits, notifications, and approvals.– Provide required site safety measures, barricades, signage, fencing, and protection of adjacent property.– Demolish the existing approximately 16,198–square–foot structure.– Remove and properly dispose of all demolition debris.– Handle asbestos–containing materials in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.
