Vendor needs to provide psychological evaluations service to the government authority located in Savannah, GA. – Provide pre–employment psychological evaluation services for applicants being considered for sworn law–enforcement positions and emergency communications positions.– The Contractor shall provide complete, job–related, legally defensible pre–employment psychological evaluations for candidates conditionally selected for sworn law–enforcement employment.– Review of agency–provided position information, including essential job functions, relevant job demands, and agency–specific requirements.– Administration, scoring, and interpretation of professionally appropriate psychological assessment instruments.– A clinical interview conducted by a qualified psychologist.– Integration of all relevant evaluation data into a professional opinion concerning the candidate’s psychological suitability for the position.– Additional testing, follow–up evaluation, or consultation when clinically indicated or specifically requested by the agency, subject to the pricing established in the resulting contract.
