Recordkeeper Provider For 401(A) And 457(B) Retirement Plans

The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses from qualified respondents to provide 401(A) and 457(B) retirement plans administration, recordkeeping, education, and investment management services to the City and its employees in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this RFP solicitation. Upon the completion of the response review process, the City intends to enter into direct negotiations with the most qualified respondent resulting in a term contract for an initial sixty (60) month period. Prior to completion of the initial term of the continuing contract, the City will have the option to renew the contract for three (3) additional twelve (12) month period(s).
