CONS-22174 - USA (Waterbury, Connecticut) - Kitchen Renovations Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide kitchen renovations services to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.– Complete renovation to the entire fire station kitchen, including removal of all existing finishes, cabinetry and appliances.– The existing baseboard heating is to be removed and capped outside the room.– existing doorway is to be increased from 3' wide to 6' wide through an existing brick wall.– Adjacent to the kitchen is a stairway to the basement that will be removed and the floor in–filled to increase the area in the dining or day room.– All new cabinets, sinks, appliances will be installed with new wall and floor finishes, lighting and power locations.– An existing mini–split HVAС system will be replaced with a new HVAC mini–split in the same location.– potential alternate, new LVT flooring may be installed in the adjacent dining or day room once pricing is confirmed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.(3) Mandatory information session will be held on July 13, 2026.
