NET-17487 - USA (Garland, Texas) - Fiber Optic Maintenance, Repair and Modernizations Services - Deadline November 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber optic maintenance, repair and modernizations services to the government authority located in Garland, TX. – Provide splicing kits, fiber optic cable caps, moisture or water sealants, terminators, splice trays, fiber distribution housings, fiber distribution unit, fiber interconnect housing, fiber optic jumpers, and accessories to complete the fiber optic cable system.– The cable shall consist of a central strength member, wrapped with single mode optical fibers flooded, loose, buffer tubes protected by a single jacket corrugated Armor.– Furnish fiber optic cable suitable for underground conduit environment.– There are 2 fiber classifications: multimode and single mode.– Use OS2 or better single mode fiber optic cable for voice, data, and video communications between buildings, field cabinets, and other outside plant locations unless otherwise shown on the plans.– Splice or terminate fiber optic cables in ground boxes, field cabinets, and buildings that comply with the details shown in the plans, and the requirements of this Item.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
