CLEANING-14231 - USA (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) - Janitorial Services - Deadline November 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI. – Provide the services indicated herein Monday through Friday from approximately 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.– Clean 17 Bathrooms, including 35 toilets, 9 urinals, 28 sinks, and 2 shower stalls. Bathrooms are in both buildings.– Clean and disinfect all bathroom sinks (including slop sinks in 2nd and 4th floor men’s rooms) and faucets, countertops, urinals, toilets, bathroom stall walls, and floors with commercial–grade disinfectant.– Remove all marks and smudges from all door windows including the exterior doors, counters, chairs, windowsills, and other furniture in the lobby and vestibule.– The Contractor will employ only personnel who are trained and proficient in performing janitorial services using typical equipment, methods, and techniques(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 23, 2026.
