(1) Vendor needs to provide substitute nurse services to the government authority located in Woodbridge, NJ• Requires the services of a certified or registered school nurse on an as needed basis.• Serve as an advocate for the health and well–being of students within school• Responsibilities include health services, administration of medication, emergency first aid, care of those who are injured while in the school, maintenance of health records and instruction in sound health practices.• Nurses will report directly to the building administrator• Carrying out written orders of the medical home and standing orders of the school physician• Conducting health screenings, which include height, weight, blood pressure, hearing, vision.• Annually reviewing student immunization records to confirm with the medical home that the medical condition• Directing and supervising the health services activities of any school staff to whom the certified school nurse has delegated a nursing task(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
