Vendor needs to provide telephone and internet services to the government authority located in Guam.1. Internet and Wi–Fi services:– Services shall include all internet connectivity, equipment, installation, configuration, maintenance, technical support, and other components necessary to provide complete and operational internet and Wi–Fi services.– Internet service shall support existing hardwired network infrastructure and provide reliable internet connectivity to desktop computers and other designated wired devices.2. Business telephone services:– The hosted telephone system shall provide, at minimum, local and long–distance calling, internal extension dialling, caller ID, call hold, call transfer, call forwarding, call pickup, voicemail, conference calling, ring groups, auto attendant, business/after–hours routing, and E911/911 capability.– The ACD shall automatically queue and distribute incoming customer service calls among designated customer service representatives.– Incoming call queue.– Automatic distribution to available CSRs.– Agent login/logout.– Agent available/unavailable status.– Queue announcements.– Hold messages/music.– Auto attendant/menu options.– Business–hours routing.– After–hours routing.– Supervisor monitoring/dashboard.– Real–time call/queue status.– Historical reporting.
