(1) Vendor needs to provide office mitigation reallocation program grant administrative services to the government authority located in TX. – Provide comprehensive professional administration services for the implementation of the agency – mitigation reallocation program.– These services encompass a wide range of responsibilities, developing project scope and application services, general grant and project management, environmental review services, and acquisition services.– Additionally, the selected provided or providers will be responsible for the implementation of grant funded programs and all necessary activities associated with grant compliance, monitoring and reporting to ensure the county meets all agency and federal requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.
