1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie w systemie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj" pełnego zakresu prac obejmującego opracowanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej, realizację robót budowlanych, dostawę, montaż oraz uruchomienie infrastruktury ładowania autobusów elektrycznych, a następnie przekazanie jej do eksploatacji — na terenie istniejącej zajezdni autobusowej Miejskiego Zakładu Komunikacji sp. z o.o. przy ulicy Chemicznej 8 w Zielonej Górze, na działce ewidencyjnej nr 44/4, obręb ewidencyjny 3, jednostka ewidencyjna 086201_1. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Projektowe postanowienia umowy (PPU) oraz w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ – Formularz oferty. Dokumenty wskazane w zdaniu poprzednim będą traktowane jako wzajemnie uzupełniające i wyjaśniające się w tym znaczeniu, iż w przypadku stwierdzenia w ich treści jakichkolwiek niejednoznaczności lub wieloznaczności, żadna ze Stron nie może powoływać się na tą okoliczność w celu ograniczenia swoich zobowiązań lub zakresu wymaganej staranności.
