(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday market event design services.– Event design and planning firm to develop and execute the winter indoor holiday market.– The initiative aims to energize the winter season, attract visitors, support local vendors, and strengthen agency identity as a creative, family–friendly destination.– consultant will deliver both a visually engaging marketplace and a comprehensive guest experience strategy covering design, operations, and programming.– Vision and design direction:– Develop conceptual design and mood boards with cohesive winter theme (color: whites, icy blues, soft golds, and color that reflect the holiday season; textures: faux snow, birch wood, velvet; lighting: warm white, icicle effects, bistro lights).– Produce mood boards for entry, vendor zones, attractions, and lounge.– Transformation of space:– Execute ceiling or overhead decor, entrance light tunnels, uniform vendor booth styling (garland, drapes, and standardized signage), and interactive features.– Materials, rentals and installation.– Operational floor staffing.– Guest experience enhancements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) Site walkthrough will be held on July 22, 2026.
