(1) Vendor needs to provide food is medicine community training partner services.1. Marketing and educational campaign:– Utilize a community–driven approach to provide education and training on food is medicine throughout region that includes conducting marketing and educational campaigns at local health fairs, community festivals and other targeted events throughout region two counties.2. Host targeted hands on events:– Events should follow a learn by doing model where chronic conditions are the most prevalent and food is medicine can benefit people the most.– Events should include simulation trainings that focus on common conditions and include hands–on learning experiences that provide education and awareness to include food bank tours, food distribution for food is medicine, mobile distribution events that are relevant to the area and provide increased knowledge of available tools and resources, such as events may include promoting additional learning via online learning modules to include: food is medicine: eating for better health and healing | medical school professional, corporate, and continuing education3. Marketing materials:– Identify, create and distribute materials suited for public release that support people making healthier choices, such as food is medicine educational and food literacy materials and tool kits, partitioned plates or other relevant items that promote education around chronic conditions and food is medicine.4. Actionable priorities and measurement:– Identify priorities aligned with county needs and establish metrics for training delivery and participant outcomes. Performance will be measured against established targets.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 06, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
