Administration of the Limited Repair Program

Administration of the Limited Repair Program: Administer the Limited Repair Program (the “Program”), a home repair program that provides zero-interest, forgivable loans up to $20,000 to low-income homeowners for the purpose of making home repairs that address threats to the occupants’ health and/or safety. The City is soliciting proposals from agencies interested in the management of the program, client intake, inspections, bid specification and preparation, coordination of the bid process construction oversight, billings, and closeouts.
