CONS-23107 - USA (Starkville, Mississippi) - Construction Management Adviser Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management adviser services to the government authority located in Starkville, MS.– The selected construction management adviser will provide procurement, construction administration, coordination, scheduling, cost control, and closeout services for the projects.– The CMa shall provide limited pre–construction services during construction documents preparation and the bidding process and then complete construction services during the construction phase.– The work will include selective demolition, architectural improvements, premium hospitality area improvements, minor technology and AV upgrades, minor modifications, minor fire protection modifications, accessibility improvements and coordination.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
