(1) Vendor needs to provide federal advocacy services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.• The firm shall work cooperatively with leadership to develop and carry out a comprehensive, creative, and bold strategy to achieve the goals and objectives of the board–approved federal legislative program.• The firm shall build and sustain a strong coalition in support of agency, including, but not limited to, building a broad and diverse base of support for our surface transportation authorization priorities with key congressional committees with jurisdiction over federal transportation matters.• Provide a written status report summarizing activities undertaken to advance legislative program.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on October 13, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
