(1) Vendor needs to provide access control and camera system upgrade and annual service to the government authority located in Ames, IA.– Electronic access control system solution includes but is not limited to: hardware and software, controllers, appliances, readers, access cards, virtual access card (QR) system, system design, cabling, installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance, service and support, warranty and training.– Furnish and install of 2 Cloud links in ecosystem.– Furnish and install of 42 synergism reader licenses. convert existing hardware to integrate with system.– Furnish and install of 15 Genetec Omni cast camera licenses.– Test and commission all devices.– Work with City on setup, optimization, and training of system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
