CONS-23358 - USA (Durham, Connecticut) - Structure Demolition Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide structure demolition services to the government authority located in Durham, CT.– Provide demolition of the existing wood–framed structure and concrete foundation, removal and disposal of demolition debris, collapse of the foundation into the existing cellar hole, proper backfilling and compaction, and final site cleanup.– Install an 8–foot–high chain–link construction fence around the structure prior to beginning demolition.– Approximately 220 linear feet of fencing is anticipated for site containment.– The contractor shall maintain the fencing and site containment measures throughout demolition and debris removal.– The contractor shall secure the work area against unauthorized entry.– Demolish the entire existing wood–framed structure and associated components.– Demolish the structure downward into the existing foundation footprint to maximize containment of debris.– Demolish and collapse the existing concrete foundation walls inward into the cellar hole.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) Non–mandatory bid walk thru will be held on August 24, 2026.
