ACCT-25922 - USA (Long Branch, New Jersey) - Financial Advisory Services - Deadline July 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services to the government authority located in Long Branch, NJ.– Serve in an overall development and financial advisory capacity to agency and shall provide consultation and advice on all matters pertaining to the planning, financing, and development of affordable housing– Financial advisory services shall include, but not be limited to, the following:– Development and Financial Advisory– HUD Approvals, Submissions, and Closing Assistance– Meetings and Stakeholder Coordination(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
